In the event that a user/visitor disagrees with these terms, he/she is required not to use this site. These terms and conditions of use of this online store that govern the relationship of the company with the user or visitor of this online store have been defined in accordance with “Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994 and in particular provisions to the terms of Selling Items Online and the Law 2472/1997 on protection of “Personal Data, as today.

SUBMITION OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Submitting an order is a binding purchase proposal for these products in the total price displayed on the order, including VAT , packing and shipping costs, other charges and any discounts that you are eligible as visitor/customer. Your order is completed by accepting it from the company by sending a confirmation email to you, at the email address that you provided when you submitted this order. Otherwise, if you do not receive a confirmation message for your order, please contact us immediately at eshop@visetti.com to request that your order be successfully completed.

The store uses a mechanism to cancel an order that has already been registered and has not yet been delivered. This feature is offered to you by the time you inform us about your order. After this, is not possible to cancel it.

Delivery of Products

Upon completion of your order, the products you have ordered are sent to you with a Parcel Delivery Company within 5 working days of the date that your order has been completed, at the address you submitted when you made your order. Shipping costs are free, through Greece and Cyprus and shipments are taken place every day except on Saturday, Sunday or public Holidays.

Force majeure: If for any reasons of force majeure (as bad weather, strikes etc) we cannot deliver the products within the specified time, we will notify you by email to indicate that if you wish to complete your order under these conditions.

Product Prices

The prices which listed in the online store for each product include VAT . The company confirms that she has the right to change the prices without any further information or announcement.

Removal- Return of Products

Returns or changes of products are accepted within 15 days. The product or products should be in excellent condition, not used, worn or in any other condition that the original product, and the product code should not be removed.

Returnable products should have properly packaging so as not to be damaged during the transport.

In the event of refund, the money can either be credited to your account for a future order or returned to your back account, as you wish. The refund is made when the receipt of the purchase is returned with the product. It takes up to 5 business days for products to be returned to our e-shop and the holder of the account must be the customer who made the order.

Refunds can only be made by showing the receipt of purchase rather than a gift card.

Refunds can be made only for online purchases and not purchases from a store.

Advertising Messages

The company may use your personal contact information by sending either to your email address or to your mobile phone updates about new products or any offers. When we share information with third parties working on behalf of our company, we make every effort to ensure that they comply with the company’s privacy policy.
